Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a consultation cost?
A 30-minute consultation costs CAD $50. If you retain ELLE Immigration for an eligible application service within 30 days, this amount is credited toward your professional fees.
Can ELLE Immigration guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Immigration decisions are made by Canadian immigration authorities. We provide professional advice, careful preparation and representation, but we cannot guarantee an outcome.
Does ELLE Immigration handle work permits or permanent residence applications?
No. We specialize in temporary resident applications, including visitor visas, visa refusal recovery, Super Visas, business visitors and study permits.
What services does ELLE Immigration offer?
We assist with visitor visas (TRV), visa refusal recovery, Super Visas, business visitor applications and study permits.
How long does the application process take?
Processing times vary by application type, country of application and individual circumstances. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) publishes estimated processing times, but these are not guarantees.
We can discuss the current estimates relevant to your application during your consultation.
What documents will I need?
Document requirements depend on the type of application and your individual circumstances.
If you retain ELLE Immigration for application preparation, we'll provide a document checklist tailored to your case.
I was refused a visa. Can you help?
Possibly. We review your previous application, the refusal reasons and available officer decision notes to identify concerns and assess whether they can be addressed.
Our priority is an honest assessment, not another rushed application.
Can I apply again after a visa refusal?
In many cases, yes. However, submitting another application without addressing the concerns behind the refusal may lead to the same result.
Before reapplying, it's important to understand what was found insufficient and whether additional evidence, changed circumstances or a different approach may be needed. Some refusals involve restrictions that must be assessed separately.
How will we communicate?
We work with clients remotely through WhatsApp, email and video calls, wherever they are located.
